It was time to explore and further develop our knowledge with a new 3D Modeling software. What is the best way to learn, to make a quick progress and to get to know a certain program in depth? Practice – learning by making mistakes, by repeating until improving and mastering the skills necessary. We believe that you should jump in with a project in mind. A quick agenda was established and 2 weeks later we had 3-4 designs, optimized and 3D Printed. But why stop here?
The more we learned, the more we wanted to practice and create.
A few walk-ins really appreciated our creations and took them home with them. So the time was right to get even more creative! And we love to test the limits and get the very best of our 3D Printers.
The next design step we undertook was to incorporate mathematical algorithms and shapes inspired by our daily activities and the surrounding landscape – the high-lands of Aspen, Colorado. By combining nature and this cutting edge technology, we were able to to produce art like decorations created with forms and shapes only possible for 3D Printing technologies. We are constantly in search for new design inspirations, different materials, surface finishes and more. Stay tuned to see some of those designs fabricated from ceramics, wood and maybe even metal.
